The service was excellent as we had expected. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card inside the room. Marvellous location, a tram station was very close to our hotel.
Some people working there were rather noisy.

100% recommend to anyone. Modern place and exceptionally clean room. Outstanding food for more than adequate breakfast with many options. The rooms with a balcony, view over Istanbul, comfortable beds. Quiet atmosphere and good location just off the tram station, and all shops, restaurants, and food courts. Also, to all the main shopping areas.

The location of this hotel close to the metro and the tram, Istanbul airport and the grand Bazaar and Sultanahmed Area was marvellous. Also, it was just a pleasant stroll away from Levent.

Ideal place with incredibly nice staff, everything was good. We have booked triple room with a balcony, nice bathroom and view over Istanbul for 4 nights. Coffee/tea makers, a refrigerator and glassware worked well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, can recommend.

Had new-fashioned triple room with a balcony and nice bathroom plus comfortable bed. The location was magnificent and fantastic, close to a bus stop. Also, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a limestone aqueduct.
